Financial Education
SERVICE DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE
Employee Assistance Programs throughout the United States inform us that financial concerns are a leading cause of employee stress and job turnover1. Our Financial Education Services are focused on addressing this crucial employee need.
KEY POINTS & BENEFITS OF THIS SERVICE
Our Financial Education Services provide financial education, similar in scope to what many companies currently provide in the way of health education benefits, to employees at the worksite. We sometimes refer to this as “Financial Wellness.”
- This service is offered without cost to employer/sponsor or employee/participant.
- There is absolutely NO solicitation conducted in conjunction with any of the presentations offered.
A COMPREHENSIVE CURRICULUM of financial topics is offered through this service in multiple formats allowing individuals to receive information in whichever way best suits their needs. These approaches to disseminating information include the following:
- WORKSHOPS on 5 financial subjects: Investment Fundamentals, Tax Strategies, Retirement Investment Strategies, Income for Life and Estate Conservation. These average 60 to 90 minutes each and are available as “lunch and learns” or after-hours workshops.
- IN-DEPTH SEMINAR on Financial Management exploring deeper concepts usually offered in multiple segments on consecutive weeks.
- COMPLIMENTARY FINANCIAL PROFILES for participants wishing to have a personal financial “snapshot.”
- COMPLIMENTARY 1:1 CONSULTATION with the Instructor/Financial Services Representative designed to answer personal financial questions for interested participants – at their request only.
IMPORTANT: All instruction and materials are strictly educational and generic in nature.
